F and M is the acronym for Fuller and Matthews. F&M Spices is a small family owned company located in the cool hills of the Rio Grande Valley,Fellowship Portland Jamaica. Our products have been around long before we had even put a name to it. The late Keith Matthews have been making this said seasoning since the 1980s. Keith applied this jerk seasoning to chicken and fish that he sold at his then so called jerk center. It quickly became a favorite because of its exceptional , significant taste and flavor.Years later keith became an executive chef on board a major Cruise line for over 25 Years. He was tasked with the responsibility to cook for crew and officers. With the effort to effectively satisfy the taste of over (50)fifty different nationalities onboard he applied this said seasoning (Dried jerk seasoning) successfully in the recipe of all meals.With this unique, authentic homemade recipe he was able to successfully savory the taste buds with a delicious, delightful desire for more.
